How it Works

Create your account

Registering, signing in, and protecting the account.

Add your company

Each company you train has its own records, kept separately from every other.

Connect where evidence is stored

Certificates, identity photos and signed waivers are files. You decide where they live.

Add the people who will train

The staff you are going to enrol.

Choose courses and enrol

What they will take, who takes it, and what it costs.

Follow progress

Who has started, who has finished, and who is about to lapse.

Take the evidence out

Records to hand to an inspector, a client or your own board.

Managing a company

Its record, who can reach it, and how to get the data out.

Reviewed training workflows

Confirm requirements, review assignments, accept external qualifications and download internal inspection evidence.

Training Plan

Build, edit and approve your company's training commitments before enrolling attendees.

Your team and who sees what

Colleagues can help run training without reaching every company.

Where your evidence lives

The record stays with us; the files can be entirely yours.

Certificates and renewals

How they are issued, checked and kept current.

Inspector previews

A tightly scoped, time-limited window for somebody outside your company.

Invoices and billing

What you were charged, and the paperwork for it.

Signing in and security

How you get in, and how to make that harder for anybody else.

Getting help

Raising something with us and following it.

Your training link

The email that starts your training, and what to do with it.

Proving it is you

The photo step, why it is there, and what happens to the picture.

Reading the lessons

How the chapters work, and what to do if you have to stop.

Sitting the assessment

What the questions are like, the pass mark, and what happens if you do not reach it.

Your certificate

When it is issued, what it proves, and how long it lasts.

When something goes wrong

The handful of things that stop people, and what to do about each.
